No Food/Drinks Eating/drinking prohibited in playing area
Limited Photography Photos allowed only first 5 minutes per round
Silence Required Complete silence during games
Electronic Devices All devices must be powered off (including smartwatches)
Minor Supervision Players under 13 require constant parent/guardian presence
Media Release Registration grants photo/video usage rights
Media Release Policy:
Participation in any RCC courses, competitions, or events constitutes consent for RCC to use event-related images/videos for promotional purposes at no compensation.
To opt out, a written request must be submitted to richmondchesschampions@gmail.com at least 5 business days prior to the event. Thank you for your cooperation.
